Shipping & Returns

 

 

OUR FIVE STAR SHIPPING SERVICE:

We are proud to provide a five star shipping service to all of our customers. Most of our products ship free of any shipping charges within Continental USA and usually ship within 24-48hrs after the order is placed.

Shipping Information - The majority of our orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (only in rare cases will we use parcel post - in order to save you on shipping) and UPS Ground. Our secondary shippers are Airborne/DHL and Fed Ex. Most items will ship within 2 business days and expected to arrive on your doorstep 3-5 business days (within US), 8-12 business days (outside US) after cleared payment received of your order. Next Day Service is available for additional cost -- please inquire for more information. Also, please note insurance is optional, although we do recommend it. We can not be responsible for lost or delivery damaged items.

 

 

Internatioanl Shipping - Although we can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.

International customers are responsible for any duty taxes and/or surcharge fees. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. 

 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates will appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight/size-based.

 

 

 

 

RETURN INFORMATION:

Returns/Exchanges - We are proud of our product lines and our customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the purchase. The item(s) must be in a new condition/in original sealed packaging. Shipping/Handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must have RMA (return authorization number) approved prior to the return and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
